Service Description: Purpose: Displays geographic area serviced by the City of West Palm Beach Downtown/City Center CRA District. The West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency is a local government agency that works in collaboration with residents, property owners, businesses, developers and other community organizations to foster redevelopment within the CRA Districts.
Intended Use: Identify areas of WPB located within the West Palm Beach Downtown/City Center CRA District. The CRA priorities include economic development, affordable housing, beautification, streetscape and infrastructure improvements, business incentives, public safety, marketing and special events, and historic preservation.

Data Source: Layers referenced in the CRA Map are located within the Land dataset.
How was the data derived: The data is derived from the resolutions set forth by the City of West Palm Beach Mayor's office.
How was the data modified: Static layer but if needed layer will be edited by GIS team members
Update Frequency: Not in a data maintenance workflow because areas are established by resolution numbers. Edits to the data will been done as needed by WPB GIS as directed by CRA.
