Purpose: <\/span>Displays geographic area serviced by the City of West Palm Beach Northwood/Pleasant City CRA District. The West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency is a local government agency that works in collaboration with residents, property owners, businesses, developers and other community organizations to foster redevelopment within the CRA Districts.<\/p>

Intended Use: <\/span>Identify areas of WPB located within the West Palm Beach Northwood/Pleasant City Center CRA District. The CRA priorities include economic development, affordable housing, beautification, streetscape and infrastructure improvements, business incentives, public safety, marketing and special events, and historic preservation. Nationally known as one of the most innovative and effective Community Redevelopment Agencies (CRAs) in the country, the West Palm Beach CRA is setting the standard for redevelopment.<\/p>

Update Frequency: <\/span>Not in a data maintenance workflow because areas are established by resolution numbers.
