Planning department processes annexations and has ownership of this layer and attributes.<\/div><div><br /><\/div><div>It's recommended that an accurate field survey be completed along with departmental Service Level Agreements (SLA) created for maintenance responsibilities to keep the data current.<\/div><div><br /><\/div><div><b>How was the Data Modified:<\/b> Update to Planning layers - Municipal Boundary, Annexation History, Building Inspector Zones, &amp; Code Enforcement Zones are done by Planning department and GIS will update the other layers.<\/div><div><br /><\/div><div><b>Update Frequency:<\/b> As Needed with new information provided by Planning department.<\/div><div><br /><\/div><div><br /><\/div>",
