Planning department processes annexations and has ownership of this layer and attributes.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN /><\/P><P><SPAN>It's recommended that an accurate field survey be completed along with departmental Service Level Agreements (SLA) created for maintenance responsibilities to keep the data current.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN /><\/P><P><SPAN STYLE=\"font-weight:bold;\">How was the Data Modified: <\/SPAN><SPAN>Update to Planning layers - Municipal Boundary, Annexation History, Building Inspector Zones, &amp; Code Enforcement Zones are done by Planning department and GIS will update the other layers.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN /><\/P><P><SPAN STYLE=\"font-weight:bold;\">Update Frequency: <\/SPAN><SPAN>As Needed with new information provided by Planning department.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN /><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
