Service Description: Purpose: Displays Code Enforcement Zones to indicate a zone per Code Enforcement Officer.Intended Use: Currently used for location and analysis purpose in City applicationsDepartment: Police Department, Code Enforcement, PlanningData Source: Referenced from the Land datasetHow was the Data Derived: Created by GIS staff using GIS software.How was the Data Modified: Static layer and maintenance is due to a new officer (attribute update) or due to annexation (spatial adjustment) as-neededUpdate Frequency: As-Needed and new information provided by Code EnforcementNotes: A proactive approach is taken to inspect neighborhoods, and individual residential and commercial properties to bring them in compliance with the City Code requirements for property maintenance, zoning enforcement, and current licensing of rental business license. Landlord Tenant Affairs service is available for unbiased advice and guidance to both parties.
