Service Description:

Purpose: The On street Parking line feature class identifies areas where on street parking is permitted. The attribute information includes address, location, operating hours along with pay type and rate. On-Street Parking is one of the four layers used in the Public Parking Application. This is a configuration of Collector for ArcGIS and Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS that can be used by parking staff to inventory parking assets and promote safe and affordable public parking (lots, garages, on-street spaces, and pay stations) alternatives in a vibrant downtown and/or neighborhood.

Intended Use: Geographic area used for display and analysis overlay in web applications

Data Source: GIS GDBS in the Transportation dataset

How was the Data Manipulated: GIS layer was created by GIS team for the Parking department and is not currently being maintained or updated.

How the Data is Modified: Although not currently in a data maintenance workflow, The information is used by several departments (Parking, Planning, Engineering and Public Works) and a data ownership role should be taken over by the parking department.

Update Frequency: Not being updated.
