Purpose: Displays geographic area populated by city owned public surface lots.

Intended Use: Intended for use in a public parking application that can be used by parking staff to inventory parking assets and promote safe and affordable public parking (lots, garages, on-street spaces, and pay stations) alternatives in a vibrant downtown and/or neighborhood.
