Service Description:

Purpose: Polygon feature class that identifies platted subdivisions. This layer was created by dissolving parcels by sec, twp, range, sub, the populating a common know as sub name attribute for all shapes then summarizing on the sub name to generate a boundary based on the common subdivision name. 


Intended Use: used for the location and analysis purpose of features within a subdivision


Department: Development Services, Planning Division


Data Source: referenced from the geodatbase Planning dataset


How was the data derived: This layer was created by dissolving parcels by sec, twp, range, sub, the populating a common know as sub name attribute for all shapes then summarizing on the sub name to generate a boundary based on the common subdivision name.

 

How was the data modified: updated per parcel updates


Update Frequency: Static layer, updated as needed and directed by Planning Division
