The layer is used in the public trash receptacles web map is is used by Public Works for maintaining the inventory. and was configured in Jan 2021.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Intended Use: </SPAN><SPAN>Currently used for collecting inventory with mobile apps, and reporting and viewing in other Public Works applications.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Department: </SPAN><SPAN>Public Works Department - Sanitation Division.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Data Source: </SPAN><SPAN>SDE database layer</SPAN></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">How was the Data Manipulated: </SPAN><SPAN>December 2020 - The Street Furniture Solution was deployed to dev portal and layer staged and then moved into SDE database. Once in the database asset-Id and other null attributes.. Domains were applied to Owned By, Maintained By and Condition fields and new domain was created for furniture type field with a defaut value set to Trash Receptable. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">How the Data is Modified: </SPAN><SPAN>Update will be made using Collector by Public Utilities users ( Matt Hejazi &amp; Calvin Williams)</SPAN></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Update Frequency: </SPAN><SPAN>Edits to the data will been done as -needed by Public Works. Data was initially collected with AGOL in April 2020 . </SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
