Service Description: Purpose: The service is consumed in Energov and used on there basemap. Currently, the service contains the following layers: Address Points, Parcels, Buildings, Historic District, Point History Layer, Polygon History Layer, Polyline History Layer, Spatial Collection Points, Spatial Collection Polygon, Spatial Collection Polyline, Flood Zones, City Commission District, Code Enforcement Zone, Municipal Boundary, Electrical Inspection Zones, Fire Inspection Zone. 

Intended Use: It is also connected to Energov's live link that pulls in the attributes and uses the information for permit creation. It’s primarily used is for anyone in GIS or IT (Anthony), Samantha Hill in Development Services as a quick way to check and confirm if the GIS service is operational. For example, if Energov map does not work anyone can open this portal service  url in a web map and quickly rule out that GIS is down.

How was the data derived: Required data for Tyler EnerGov was copied from the City's GIS layers to the Tyler EnerGov1 Dataset.

Update Frequency: Updates layers used in Energov on the schedule below: 
Monthly: Parcels
Quarterly (Jan, April, July, Oct): AddressPoints
Quarterly: Rebuild the Address locator
As-Needed: Buildings_1, City Commission Districts, Code Enforcement Zones, Electrical Inspection Zones, Fire Inspection Zones, Flood Zones, Historic Districts, Lift Station Zones, Municipal Boundary, Zoning.

Notes: As a requirement for Tyler EnerGov project, the Tyler EnerGov1 Dataset as well as this service was published in WGS 1984 Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere.
