Service Description: <b>Purpose: </b><span style='font-size:11pt; font-family:Arial, sans-serif; background-image:initial; background-position:initial; background-size:initial; background-repeat:initial; background-attachment:initial; background-origin:initial; background-clip:initial;'>This service will be used to hold the spatial history for the Tyler EnerGov project: Point History Layer, Polygon History Layer, Polyline History Layer, Spatial Collection Points, Spatial Collection Polygon, Spatial Collection Polyline</span><div><font face='Arial, sans-serif'><span style='font-size:14.6667px;'><br /></span></font><div><span style='font-size:11pt; font-family:Arial, sans-serif; background-image:initial; background-position:initial; background-size:initial; background-repeat:initial; background-attachment:initial; background-origin:initial; background-clip:initial;'><b>Intended Use:</b> </span>They are for the business units to add spatial features (point, polyline, polygons). Spatial Collection feature layers are used in areas where there is not a parcel or address, for users can add activities (permit, inspections, code violation, right-a-way permits) to add a spatial reference to the map.
