Purpose: Displays geographic area serviced by the City of West Palm Beach Northwood/Pleasant City CRA District. The West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency is a local government agency that works in collaboration with residents, property owners, businesses, developers and other community organizations to foster redevelopment within the CRA Districts.
Intended Use: Identify areas of WPB located within the West Palm Beach Northwood/Pleasant City Center CRA District. The CRA priorities include economic development, affordable housing, beautification, streetscape and infrastructure improvements, business incentives, public safety, marketing and special events, and historic preservation. Nationally known as one of the most innovative and effective Community Redevelopment Agencies (CRAs) in the country, the West Palm Beach CRA is setting the standard for redevelopment.

How was the data derived: The data is derived from the resolutions set forth by the City of West Palm Beach Mayor's office.
How was the data modified: Static layer but if needed layer will be edited by GIS team members
Update Frequency: Not in a data maintenance workflow because areas are established by resolution numbers. Edits to the data will been done as needed by WPB GIS as directed by CRA.
