Planning department processes annexations and has ownership of this layer and attributes.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>It's recommended that an accurate field survey be completed along with departmental Service Level Agreements (SLA) created for maintenance responsibilities to keep the data current.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">How was the Data Modified: </SPAN><SPAN>Update to Planning layers - Municipal Boundary, Annexation History, Building Inspector Zones, &amp; Code Enforcement Zones are done by Planning department and GIS will update the other layers.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Update Frequency: </SPAN><SPAN>As Needed with new information provided by Planning department.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
