Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span>Purpose: The purpose of this feature service is to be used for water system valve inspections. The layers has fields to be completed from the valve inspection results. The layer will also be used in the Water Distribution and All Utilities Application. </span></p><p><span>Intended Use: Currently used for location and analysis purpose in the Water Distribution Viewer, mobile apps, Modeling, Dashboards and other Public Utility applications.</span></p><p><span>Department: Public Utilities Department - Water Distribution Division</span></p><p><span>Data Source: Referenced feature service on Enterprise portal - Water Utility Network dataset</span></p><p><span>How was the Data Manipulated: The feature layer was created by combining schema from the water system valves and inspection fields from an ESRI inspection solution. The service was published with all fields but when used in application not relevant to inspections, those fields will not be visible in the pop-ups. The feature layer's inspection fields will be updated by Water Distribution field crews once a valve inspection has been completed. </span></p><p><span>Update Frequency: As-Needed by Engineering, Public Utilities or Water Distribution supervisors. As inspection are performed by Water Distribution field crews updates will be made to the feature layer's attributes. </span></p></div></div></div>
